4-day active program in the Krkonose mountains (Spindleruv-Mlyn and surroundings).

Spindl (Spindleruv-Mlyn) is located 2 hours drive from Prague. The area is an obvious opportunity for a school trip, where nature and active content are at the fore, and where the trip can also have cultural purposes. In winter, the area is used for skiing holidays and the rest of the year for active holidays. The area offers many activities such as summer bobsledding, rappelling, climbing, rafting, mountain biking, off-road scooters, paintball and much more.

As for sports activities, there is the opportunity to play handball, basketball, floorball and volleyball in a modern hall 25 km from Spindl), and 12 km from Spindl, a football facility with six football pitches is offered, one of which has heated grass while the other two are artificial grass, which makes it possible to play all year round. The remaining three pitches are with regular grass and are often only used as practice pitches.

Regarding activities: The group will receive information about safety rules before each activity. During each sporting activity, professional instructors and guides will be present.

During dinner each evening the chief guide will introduce the next days programme, weather forecast and adjust the time of the activities if necessary.

Day 1:

The group arrives in their own bus to Theresienstadt in the morning

07.30-08.30 Breakfast at Parkhotel.

09.30-11.30 Tour of Theresienstadt with a Danish-speaking guide. The round trip lasts 2 hours.

After the tour, the group continues to the Krkonose mountains and checks into Hotel Lenka in Spindl.

14.00-15.30 The group is accommodated at Hotel Lenka, which is a lovely 3* hotel. After accommodation, lunch is taken. During lunch, the chief guide for the activities comes and introduces himself and goes over the program with the group leader.

16.00-18.00 Activity: Summer bobsled

18.00-19.00 Dinner at Hotel Lenka.

Day 2:

07.30-08.30 Breakfast at Hotel Lenka.

09.30-12.00 Activity: Downhill scooter.

12.30-13.30 Lunch at Hotel Lenka or packed lunches at the activity.

14.00-17.00 Activity: Group I: Monkey Park (high / low ropes) or Downhill scooters.

18.00-19.00 Dinner at Hotel Lenka.

Day 3:

07.30-08.30 Breakfast at Hotel Lenka.

09.30-12.00 Activity: Group I: Rappelling + Zipline

12.30-13.30 Packed lunches at the activity.

14.00-17.00 Activity: Mountain bike 1) easy 2) medium

18.00-19.00 Dinner at Hotel Lenka. During dinner, the chief guide will evaluate with the leader of the group.

Day 4:
