This charming town is situated app. 25 km north of Prague on the spot, where the rivers the Elbe and Moldau meet. In this vineyard the Ludmila grapes are grown.

From the parking lot we will walk to the castle area. Next to the church of St. Peter and St. Paul we will visit the ossuary, where the decoration consists of the bones from 10.000 - 15.000 human beings.

Next stop is the wine castle, where the wine was grown already in the Middle Ages, and it was the residence of the queen widows. For more than 250 years the castle has been owned by the noble family Lobkowicz.

In the castle we go for a tour on our own, equipped with written information.

Finally we will visit the authentic wine cellar, where we can still admire the several hundred years old wine barrels. We offer you a wine tasting with a sample of six different wines from the castle.

We will have time for a nice lunch in one of the cosy restaurants on the town square.

Price per person: 1000 CZK per person.

The price includes bus, entry to the ossuary, the castle, wine tasting and English speaking guide.
