Grand Sightseeing Tour

Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, is famous for its architecture, old bridges, impressive castles and charming streets. A city tour on foot with English speaking guide tour you will really get an insight into the richness and beauty of the city.

We start our historical journey at the Powder Tower and Municipal House. The Powder Tower is one of the 13 city towers leading into the old town. From here we walk to the Charles Universe and the Estates Theatre. Among other things, we will hear about Mozart and his influence on this theatre.

Then the time has come to take in the Old Town Square and collect lots of impressions. We take a closer look at the astronomical clock and the history behind Orloj, as the watch is also called among the Czechs. And if we turn around, we immediately see the beautiful Tyn Church, which is build in Gothic style.

During our city tour, we will also visit the Jewish Quarter, known as Josefov. This area has a rich Jewish history and features synagogues, the Jewish Town Hall and the Old Jewish Burial Ground. It is a unique experience to explore this area and learn about the Jewish culture of Prague.

One of the most notable sights in Prague is the Charles Bridge, which spans the River Vltava. This bridge is an architectural gem and is known for its many statues and the stunning views of the city. A walk across Charles Bridge is a must-do activity during a city tour of Prague.

Another important attraction is Prague Castle, which is the largest continuous castle in the world. The castle is home to the famous St. Vitus Cathedral, an impressive example of Gothic architecture. Inside the castle you can explore various palaces, gardens and museums that provide insight into the city's history. From the castle grounds there is a great view of most of Prague.
